who's your Poppi?

You know the story... This past Saturday I uttered the words, "I hope they can win it once in my lifetime". I'm 24 years old! After Saturday night's debacle optimism was not high on the list of things I was feeling. Down 3-0 to the dreaded Yankees was a no-win situation. I had given up hope.

"Make History or Be History".... and just like that, on back to back extra inning classics (Game 4 & Game 5), their 86 year old siren song called out to me.

I was wrong. I want to eat my words. I want to believe.
